- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Beisel Property Services generally provides either flat rate pricing or details about how we will proceed. We believe in being upfront, no hidden fees or ''gotcha'' moments. Pricing offered on Thumbtack is traditionally for labor only, unless otherwise specified in a custom message that pricing includes materials. We do have discounts available! Be sure to ask when you reach out!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For each new customer, we like to gather essential information about the scope/desire for the project requested as well as the customer's name, address, phone and email address. We then discuss the scope of the project and propose a date/time for the work to begin and be completed. Upon completion of the work, we prefer to ensure the customer is satisfied before leaving the job site. We are capable of submitting the invoice for payment via email. We are proud to accept Cash, Check, Debit or Credit, PayPal, Venmo and Cash App transactions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Initially starting out as a cleaning company, Beisel Property Services grew into a residential service company providing a variety of at home services that would allow families to get back to spending time together rather than maintaining their home. Today, we've grown our team and our services to include move-out cleanings, rental turn overs, landscape and handyman services. Whether you need a furnace filter changed, light fixture replaced, leaking sink fixed or pressure washing, we've got you covered!
