- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is almost always negotiable! I am open to lowering fees depending on the general appeal and amenities provided by your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We'll set up a consultation where I will learn about the essence of your event and hear about your expectations and vision for the bar and the bartender(s). I'll ask you a plethora of questions in order to gather as much detail as possible so that I can arrive to your event casual or classy, or even in costume! We will go over what will or will not be provided for the bar and adjust pricing from there. Although I prefer to meet in person before the event so that you have a chance to get to know me, I understand that you are busy and I am open to email and over-the-phone consultations if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified mixologist recently graduated from the Midwest Bartending School in Indiana. There I learned the recipes of over 100 classic cocktails and gained an extensive knowledge of liquor and wine. I have bartended events from small gatherings of friends to grand spectacles such as the famous annual Indy 500, and have run the bar in private suites during the race. I have worked in the restaurant and hospitality business at multiple levels for over 3 years, loving every second of it.
