- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a new customer, we want to learn everything about them and their event. What is the reason behind the event and what are the details of the event. We like to offer a fully customized photo product. We want to ensure your finished product through us matches your event. After gathering all the information, we will recommend which package we think will be best for your event. From that point, we will work on getting the contract written up. After the contract is signed, we will work together to create a custom photo template for your event. This will be the finished product that your guest will receive either printed out or digitally through our real-time texting/emailing feature.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 10 years of experience in the meeting and events industry working in the planning side of things and now the photo booth side of things. We have seen what works and does not work at events and are here to make sure your unique photo booth experience runs flawlessy and is loved by your guests.
