Was referred to them by my sister. They did a great job with her house, but were awful to work with for our house. We had problem after problem. They were unprofessional, didn't make our job a priority, and the work was not that of a pro. Don't expect anything to happen quickly. Certain aspects of the job was very sloppy such as the painting and baseboards. It took nearly a year to fix our kitchen and turns out they didn't fix the issue because we still have a leak which means all the repairs they did have to be redone. I had even asked the guy why we had wet toe kicks and he said everything was fine. Clearly it wasn't because the main pipe was leaking. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Indy Innovative Solutions replaced our roof, gutters and screens! The teams did everything in a week with minimum disturbance on our routine. Josh did a great job communicating with our family on what was happening and when.

I've known the owner of this company for over 20 years personally and have worked with him & his company for the last 10+ years on everything from my personal home to one of my rental properties. They've always done great work that was very fairly priced. I would highly recommend them!
