- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service includes 2 maids and all chemicals. We don't charge extra for Windows , oven, refrigerators , laundry, bed change, ECT everything is included in your hour rate charge. We are highly insured in case of any damege or incident that may occur in your property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and LISTENING to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have customer service training which we practice for many years in our previous employment.
