FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system works on a sliding scale. I work with clients for a Meso-Phase (12 weeks) at a time. The number of times we meet for sessions per week will determine the price per session and the total price of the package. Clients have the option to pay the package in full or in 6 equal installments due every other week. To get started, the client just need the first installment in full. I can see clients from 2-5 times per week. Although I am priced competitively, I don't publicly display my prices. Please contact me for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin working with a new client with the following process: 1. Initial Consultation: This can take place over the phone or in person at a desired location. This is where we break the ice and get to know each other, and more importantly, for the client to express their needs in detail. This is also where I determine if the client is level 1, 2, or 3 and proceed accordingly. The client will leave with their first assignment that will be due at step 2. 2. Initial Assessment: We'll begin this step with collecting anthropometric measurements including body weight, circumference, and body composition to determine current body fat to fat free mass ratio. Next, in some cases, there will be a physical fitness assessment. Then, a sit down to discuss the findings and to go over the assignment given to you at step one. this could take up to 2 hours to complete. 3. Nutritional Overhaul: If you are a level 1 or 2 client, the next step is to establish a better foundation for cultivating better nutritional habits. This will include a kitchen overhaul, creating shopping list, developing a meal plan, and making sure you have the tools needed for meal prepping. 4. Shopping for the right foods: If you are a level 1 or 2 client you will need guidance on how to shop for the right foods that will cater to your goals and allow you to be successful. In the previous step, we cleaned out your kitchen of foods that will work against you on your program. Now we're going to replace them with winning foods. We will go into detail about meal prepping and meal timing. 5. First Fitness Training session: With a strong foundation of Nutrition readiness, the client is now ready to begin fitness training. The first few sessions will address any physical dysfunction that was identified in the assessment. We will never build strength on top of dysfunction.
