- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Difficult to give a standard price in this line of work where we offer a variety of services and no two projects are the same. Do however provide free estimates so we will come to you at your convience to discuss details of work and prices. This process makes everything easier than going through email, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers we usually start off with a phone conversation going over the type of work and setting up an appointment. While meeting with him/her we will then discuss more details of the work needed ,a possible start date and if requested a rough estimate. As soon as possible usually with in a few days we will have a proposal sent by fax or e-mail.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our business works with all types of customers residential or commercial and male or female of various age groups.
