- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is set on the size of the lawn and time it will take. Normally I would say I take a little longer but that is to insure the quality of your lawn is A+. I work with all budgets and lawn sizes. New customers also receive a free cut when they sign up for the season.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customer I typically like to go out and view the property with the customer. If the customer has any special needs or requests i can find out at that time. Also at the time I can give them an estimate of exactly how much there lawn service will cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years of sales sales and customer service experience. I did lawns for years as a kid growing up. Last year I was the General Manager of one of the Twin Cities largest lawn care providers. I want to take that experience and use it to reach 100% customer satisfaction.
