- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on quantity of pictures, number of people, and number of locations, because of this they vary in prices. But to have a rough idea my prices range from ($60.00 for a 30 minute mini-session and 7-10 pictures) to ($160.00 for a 1-2 hour session and 20-30 pictures).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Booking dates are arranged through email or telephone at which point in time a photography package and a location will be decided according to client's needs. A non-refundable booking fee of $25 is required upon booking to ensure your scheduled time. An email confirming the date will be sent, as well as a link where clients are encouraged to complete a brief questionnair in order for me to get to know them and their desired style. The photography session will be held at an agreed upon location(s). Typical turnaround time for images depends on the quantity but an average is 5-7 business days. Watermark-free images will be available to the client via downloadable files and can be freely used to print at any location.
