- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free 30 minute introductory session to get to know the client's needs and to help the client determine if I am the right coach for them. Our work together is customized depending on their needs and schedule. A typical assignment consists of 6-12 one hour coaching sessions, administering several assessments and providing just in time spot coaching when necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In a career spanning more than 20 years, I have brought my expertise to a wide range of global companies in a variety of different industries -- including Towers Watson, Nabisco, Inc., Lucent Technologies, Bristol Myers Squibb, Johnson and Johnson, 3M, Expedia, Inc., Venere, Inc., Suffolk Construction, Intel, Inc., Microsoft, ThyssenKrupp Elevators, GlaxoSmithKline, W.L. Gore, T.Y. Lin International and many others. I have held a variety of positions in Human Resources in several organizations, my last position as a VP Human Resources for Johnson and Johnson, where I was responsible for driving enterprise-wide change, ranging from large-scale organization initiatives to individual coaching with the Executive Team. I am also a certified executive coach having received my certification from the Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, California. I am also certified as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. I am an adjunct leadership coach with the Center for Creative Leadership. Because of my background, I also have a deep passion and strong expertise in coaching HR professionals to increase their strategic impact in organizations. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Cultural Anthropology from Haverford College and a Masters Degree from Columbia University. I also completed the Hoffman Process at the Hoffman Institute in northern California.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with executives and senior leaders across the globe in areas such as creating a vision, change and conflict management, emotional intelligence, leadership and role transitions, identifying purpose, and many others. I coach both individuals and groups and am a 360-feedback provider.
