About this pro
I can’t say enough about Cindy, I moved from a 2400 square foot house into a 1,000 square foot condo, which needed some work, she helped me from floor to ceiling, listened to me and came up with a beautiful design in every room! She took everything I love and meant something to me and then added more! She was always there when I needed her day and night! Not only did I end up with a model condo, I have a friend for life!Jun 1, 2018Verified
Cindy is professional yet personable and easy to work with. She makes quick work of finding workable pieces at a reasonable prices and is flexible on returns if you are not happy with the chosen product. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.May 9, 2018
Cindy was the perfect fit for me. We re-did my whole downstairs (entryway, living room, dining room, kitchen, den, office & powder room) all within about 2 months. She's professional, has a keen eye for what I like and couldn't have been more prepared or helpful. Her ideas were spot on. She's extremely kind as well.May 5, 2018
Cindy with Sunset Interiors visited one of my listings and took her time walking around and giving my sellers and I tips on what to do and what not to do in order to sell for the most amount of money. She really has an eye for what buyers want to see. My sellers did almost everything she recommended and we sold the home for 99.5% of asking price!Aug 30, 2017
Cindy did a beautiful job helping me decorate the entire downstairs of my home. She started with a consult where we looked at pictures together so she could understand what I liked. Cindy selected paint colors and her painter was here a week later and did a great job and for about half the price of my painter. When we were choosing curtains and pillows her experience really showed. She was able to customize drapes to be exactly what the space needed. Cindy helped me pick all the finishing touches as well. I love that she stressed the importance of keeping personal items incorporated into the design and did not just make it look like a model. My spaces are gorgeous and user-friendly. My husband and son are thrilled as well. We can't wait to have her help us with our upstairs and vacation home. KW - Trabuco Canyon CANov 27, 2016

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? There is some flexibility in my staging pricing depending on the actual job. For example, staging a furnished home where they already have a lot of current accessories requires time but less “stuff” so I can reduce my pricing at times. There are also times where some new furniture is brought into a room but some of the homeowners pieces remain.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Staging - brief meeting for me to see home and meet realtor and/or client to insure compatibility. If moving forward full tour home of home and report prepared. Interior design - 30 minute no fee consult at the clients home or via FaceTime to insure compatibility.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I was continually asked by friends to help them redesign their homes and also prepare their homes for sale. I have a “good eye” and am respected for doing things on a very reasonable budget (don’t spend more than you have to - big fan of HomeGoods). My husband is in the mortgage business and works with many realtors and shared how much faster and for higher dollars the staged homes were selling so I expanded my business this direction.
