Paul helped figure out why I was running out of space constantly on my computer. It turns out there was a glitch in my anti-virus and it was continually backing up copies of my hard drive over and over again. I would have never had any idea what was going on, but he was able to remote into my computer and fix it in a jiffy. So much more convenient than lugging my computer to a geek squad or some other repair shop. Thanks again and keep up the great work!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $100 for virus removal and it includes a pc tuneup and antivirus install. Most hardware install or repairs will cost $50 and anything minor is $30. I do a discount if there are multiple issues that need to be fixed and keep my prices fair and reasonable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing pc repair for over a decade and have a variety of certifications from CompTia, Cisco and Microsoft. Because of this I am able to easily resolve the vast majority of issues that home and small business users have.
