- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My process in includes an initial screening to assess a client's overall health and physical capabilities. This process also gages where the client is in regards to current physical state and where they would like to be, then finally the discussion of a tailored exercise plan and meal recommendation take place in order to start the implementation stages of exercises and dietary guidelines.
