Thank you, Lloyd and Big Guys Carpet Care for saving our rug, upstairs hallways, stairs, and master bedroom!! We recently got a puppy, who we are still trying to potty train and he has had many accidents in our home. My wife is sensitive to smell and was constantly worried about the urine smell lingering in our rug and carpeted areas from the puppy. She initially wanted to just rent a rug dr. and do it ourselves, but I decided to seek professional help and compare costs. After pricing it out and determining there isn’t a huge difference in renting a rug dr. plus buying the chemicals and hiring Big Guys Carpet Care, we decided to hire the professionals; we are so glad we did! Lloyd was great! Friendly, professional and even explained the process to me! My wife was and is still thrilled about the results of each area! She can’t stop talking about what a great difference she can see and smell! We will definitely use Lloyd and Big Guys Carpet Care again and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding carpet cleaning!
