We take pride in our work. It's important to understand that every cleaning service will perform cleaning a little differently. Some are better able to customize their approach to your needs. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Without seeing the job first hand we do have a standard price. With meeting face to face, that usually changes. We are able to give you a more accurate quote on what your needs are and how much time it takes to accomplish and this could be a substantial discount. Our rates are lower with recurring jobs and we have lower rates than other commercial cleaners.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet face to face. All cleaning can be specified to your individual needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has been cleaning for over 10 years in the commercial and residential industry. We started out with being a specialty cleaner on ceilings and doing fire and water restoration cleaning. We have started to venture out on more residential and office cleaning.
