FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We could generalize our prices but prefer not to. Every situation is different. I can say this much: Almost nobody else runs on the minimal overhead that we do. And our prices reflect that. I have been 20-25% lower than other professionals in almost every case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pretty simply put. We are asked about a job. We then request information on that job. An appointment is set up to view the job and give a quote. After agreeing on basic terms we set a date and go to work. Generally we will ask for a deposit from the customer the day we break dirt in order to show good faith. Once the project is complete we show our customer the outcome. Alot of times we are then offered additional work but if they're are happy, we are happy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are recent graduates of the Vetsbuild course which focuses on energy efficiency in our industry. additionally, we are OSHA certified. I personally graduated with my associates in business. But no classroom can teach you what we have learned on the job over the years. Frankly, we are the best.
