- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a great value, when you see the quality of our work and the products we utilize to clean your space, you see the value. Despite that our cleaning products are green they do the job because they are commercial grade. Our prices are compareable to other companies but the quality of our work excel. Our first visit cost the same, as the second or third because we are confident that you´ll re'hire us, we don{t need to raise our prices for your first visit. We do however offer discoulted prices for a reurrieng reocurring clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by exchanging information about your home´s needs and Spazi Puliti over the phone. At the point we can issue you a quote and schedule your appointment. On the day of the first service we required that you are present for the first 15 minutes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaning associates are thoroughly trained on how to perform each task, whether is a maintenance cleaning job, Move-out or a deep cleaning job, as well as on important safety issues. Our goal is to perform each cleaning visit with the highest standards and always respecting our ecology by only utilizing green cleaning solutions. This takes care of your client’s properties as well as our environment. We will provide a toxic free work surfaces by cleaning with commercial grade eco-friendly solutions and a commercial steam cleaner in stubborn or suitable areas.
