- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always based on my clients. Each person comes with different goals, needs, and time frames. Because of this, I customize my pricing to each of my clients. I have a base price that my cost of living won't let me go below - but coaching success usually depends on the investment feeling like its an investment in you and your future, like it's a slight stretch for you, but never putting you over the edge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We chat for 20 minutes first for free. I need to make sure we're on the same page, we have chemistry, and that I'm the right person to act as your sherpa to help you summit your mountain. Once we both feel like it's a "HELL YES! Let's DO this!" then we schedule a 90 minute discovery call. You get 20 questions to help stir up some of your inner genius and set the stage for our Discovery call. From there we design the rest of our relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, have two years of Life Coach and Leadership training from The Coaches Training Institute. I've also been a licensed Massage Therapist in NY for the past 10 years and am a Plant Medicine Practitioner. I've been an entrepreneur for over 12 years and am simply wild about learning business, marketing, and authentic leadership. I'm also a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and participate regularly in their coaching and business development trainings.
