Douglas Web and Graphic did an outstanding job of building my website. I have a very unique business and Paul researched it to make sure he was in tune with the message we want to get across. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a professional website. He also did my brochures and did a great job of keeping it consistent with my website. Thanks PaulNov 13, 2015Douglas Web & Graphic Designs, Inc.'s reply

Paul Douglas designed our church website and was very responsive to our requests and suggestions. It's superbly responsive to mobile devices, which is a big asset.Oct 8, 2015
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our typical WordPress development includes social media integration which allows each WordPress post to be "pushed" to any one of the major social engines. Included also is search engine optimization, Google Analytics and built in training videos so you learn how to use your site. This "Business Package' is $2495 plus domain and hosting which is normally which runs approximately $120 per year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once we've established a relationship, we research the unique business and demographic that our customer is targeting. After research we ask the customer to find a website that looks something like they want. We then talk about functionality and what the customer wants the site to do. If the customer is unsure, we discuss those options. After 2 weeks of development, we present a working version to the customer to review and make any changes. The final touches are applied and in two more weeks the customer is presented with the working version. When the customer is completely satisfied, we launch the site and go through the site page by page with the customer for completely accuracy. our average site take 4-5 weeks to launch. If the customer requests e-commerce, depending on the size of the inventory, some additional time is needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I currently study under a software engineer focused on WordPress code development in order to polish and hone my present skills. I do not "implement" WordPress sites. I have a complete knowledge of how WordPress works. I build sites and fix problems that arise. If you have seen it online, I can make it happen for your new WordPress site.
