Introduction: T Mainers is an artist with over 25 years experience in both graphic design and fine art. Art is sent to client for approval via email, with changes made to suit the client. Every effort is made to produce a quality design on time. I take pride in trying to please the client whether it's a design for a simple logo or if it's for a large format digitally printed little league team banner with lightning or special effects surrounding the players. If the need is for t shirt graphics for fundraising events or company logos, I've many years experience in designing for screen printers and have experience in delivering print ready spot color separation files. I've also had several years experience doing designs printed on clothing sold in college bookstores with emphasis on team logos and licensing. My designs have been sold in major universities and colleges across the US. Several years of my experience has been managing the art and print departments of a children's wear manufacturing company. I also love to paint portraits in oils, or draw in charcoal, I can work from photographs or can arrange a meeting with the client to take my own photos or work with their professional photographer to create a portrait that will become an heirloom. My goal is to help the client bring their idea to life in the media that best suits their need.

The pencil portraits I received of my boys are truly superb. Her skill and natural talent yields an ability to capture the life of her subject in her art. She took great pride in ensuring perfection in the work and my satisfaction with piece. Her portfolio reveals her versatility that she works with various media, oils, watercolor, graphic art, as well as portrait, landscape, object, and commercial/marketing, and every piece was flawless.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is determined by the type of project it is, and the amount of time and detail that will go into it. The simpler projects will take less time and will be less expensive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client can communicate with me by email, phone or both and let me know exactly what they need, (such as logo design, cd cover, or banner design, art for t shirts, etc.), their ideas for the design, color preferences, and the timeline that we need to have the project completed in. Once we have worked out those details, I will give the client an idea of when I will be able to get them art for approval. If the project is a logo or print file, a partial deposit of one half the project price is required before any art is sent for approval. Then once the client reviews the files any necessary changes are made to the client's specifications, a lower resolution file is sent for final approval to the client. Once the client approves the changed low resolution file, and makes full payment, the final high resolution print ready file is sent to the client in their required format suitable for their project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a professional artist for over 25 years, and have experience in both fine arts and graphic arts, but I've been painting and drawing since childhood and have taught drawing and painting classes to students from the ages of 4-80. My commissioned work has encompassed logo designs, vehicle graphics, book cover art, cd art, posters, large format banners, signs, team graphics, invitations, fine art limited edition prints, and paintings in oils, acrylics, and watercolors as well as colored pencils and charcoals.
