- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I start with a 30 min. consultation for free at your home or office. I will give you an estimate for the scope of the project, most are 2-5 hours. I charge $55/hour with a 2-hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to spend time talking with you first on the phone so I can get to know your situation and we can both decide if there is a "fit." Then I come for a free 30 min. consultation so I can see first hand the scope of your project and you can meet me and decide how well we will work together to accomplish your project. If our schedules and the project scope allow, I can even do same day appointments. More typically, we schedule the date and time to get your space in tip top shape.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My master's degree was in Organizational Development and I worked in that field for 2 years. While a corporate "organization" is very different than your closet, the principles such as hierarchy, design, and values all come into play. I am also a licensed realtor/broker with my own company and am up to date on current home design trends and what "sells."
