What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
JaxBlackCar.com offers Buses, Vans, Luxury Sedans, and SUV's. Jax Black Car has an extensive network of affiliates nationwide. We offer Airport Transfers, Chauffeured Transportation, Dinner, Concert, Special Event and Game Day Charters. Airport trips are charged by distance and will always include 20% gratuity. Dinner Charters, Daytime or Evening Events and long distance trips are always based on an hourly service, plus gratuity. We do not offer to pick up or drop off service. Charter trip fees begin when our vehicles leave the garage in Jacksonville, FL and then the charges cease when the vehicle is returned to the garage in Jacksonville, FL. Vehicle charters are billed for the time that the vehicle and driver are in service on your trip. If you are planning a trip - a charter for the evening or a trip to a destination (other than the airport) you must calculate the time it will take for the vehicle and driver to travel to the destination from our garage and the time it will take for the vehicle to return to the garage. Pricing for charters is based on industry standards and is called Garage to Garage. Charges are based on the total time the Vehicle and Chauffeur are in service for your trip. Understanding the distance and the number of hours you will hire the vehicle is how you should estimate charges.

We pick you up in a stylish black sedan or SUV at your preferred time and location and drop you off at your destination in style. Jax Black Car clients visit JaxBlackCar.com for an instant online quote and reservation. Jax Black Car accepts all major credit & debit cards for easy online payment. Clients will receive a Confirmation of Reservation by email as soon as payment is made online. Clients can also call our local dispatch office to make arrangements. If our clients have any questions they can contact us via email or text anytime.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Jax Black Car, our drivers are professionally licensed chauffeurs. All of our chauffeurs have passed a criminal background and DMV check. Jax Black Car LLC is registered with the City of Jacksonville & State of Florida and is fully licensed as a Vehicle for Hire Transportation Company.
