- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have base line pricing.. all prices are subject to increase due to length and thickness of hair. Some color services may increase due to the time is will take to achieve the desired style.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give a free consultation prior to most color services, special occasion services and major change hair cuts. This is an 15 minute evaluation of what your hair is what you want it to be and what i feel i can do to meet your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Aveda trained stylist. I attend education monthly. I stay on top of trends and new products.
