FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is based on the home's sq. footage. There are also additional services that can be included for an additional fee. i.e. WDO (wood destroying organisms), pool inspections, unattached structures to name a few. My fees are competitive with other professional home inspectors that take pride in their work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After talking with a potential new client on the telephone I then email them a pre-inspection agreement which includes the fee for the inspection, the address of the inspection and it details what is/isn't includes in the inspection. The client signs the agreement (electronically) agreeing to the scope of work. Ideally the client will be able to attend the inspection as it is a good time to ask any questions that they have. If the client is not able to attend as I have had numerous clients out of state and out of country then their representative (realtor etc) should be present. Within 24 hours of the inspection the inspection report will be available. It is a concise, thorough, easy to read and will contain HD pictures.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in construction most of my life. I belong to the largest home inspection association in the world which is: InterNACHI. I am certified in over 28 categories including infrared technology.
