Shawn did a marvelous job with our event, which was a Wine Tasting fundraiser, where he provided most of the food and all of the catering expertise. He was so professional, and he and his assistant were well prepared for every eventuality! The food was great! Many thanks for helping to make our fundraiser a fabulous event!

Cutting Edge Catering handcrafted, delivered and executed a beautiful assortment of appetizers for our foundation's charity event to benefit those battling cancer. We could not have been more impressed by their communication and professionalism -- and of course their DELICIOUS and BEAUTIFUL food!! (You have to try the bruschetta and/or BBQ pork sliders!!) Shawn did a phenomenal job! It was far past my expectations. The food was delicious and the presentation of it was beautiful and appealing. The service was outstanding. Each event is different and pricing will be set according to budget, time and cost of ingredients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Complete all their requirements and make sure that they have everything they need or want. Continuous communication to make sure I am giving the best service possible in the event of any changes. I understand that changes are inevitable and will make the necessary adjustments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
United States Army communications specialist. 20 years experience in the restaurant and catering business. 3 years home inspecting. Coming soon Real Estate Agent.
