Jax water conditioning .. did a wonderful job. I totally recommendOct 3, 2017Verified
Mike was excellent. We communicated by phone the same day as my quote. I texted him a picture of my water softener. He was out the next day and fixed a relatively complicated problem with the control head. The price was very reasonable.Oct 3, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is usually based on model and size of system and whether there is a loop, drain and electric receptacle available. These things can be added if not available but will affect the price. Residential water softener prices range between $1100 for a basic softener to around $2000 for larger systems. Reverse osmosis systems range from around $250 to $300 including installation. If you have already purchased your own water system we can install it for you. Bottleless water coolers are available for lease or purchase, call for pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?During the clients information gathering process, Jax Water conditioning strives to provide honest, accurate information so the client can make an informed decision as to which water treatment is right for their needs. No hard selling, no pressure, just straight forward communication. Initially there will be some information that will need to be gathered by Jax Water Conditioning to determine the scope of work and determine how we can best provide quality service. This usually involves an onsite visit as every situation is different.
- How did you get started doing this type of work? After retiring from the military In 2010 I started working in water conditioning and also had experience with reverse osmosis systems while in the service. I decided to take the knowledge I gained and provide this service to the residents of Jacksonville.
