- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system as all homes and surfaces are different. However, a brief phone call or on-site estimate will give us all we need to know to give you a fair price. We also have payment plans for those customers that are on a tighter budget. We offer these payment plans so that our customers can get their property cleaned the correct way by our trained and well educated staff no matter what your budget is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a new customer we prefer to speak with him or her either face-to-face or at least over the phone. We like to get to know our customer and get an idea of how we can solve their problem. We like to think of ourselves as problem solvers, ensuring that when we leave your property all of your problems related to our industry are solved. We like to educate our customers so that the bad reputation with old-fashioned pressure washing is out of the window. We make sure our customers feel comfortable when we are on their property and have extremely high expectations of what to expect when the job is finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On top of the many years of experience I have in this industry, our entire team goes to multiple, out of state conventions and trainings each year to stay up-to-date with the newest cleaning procedures, equipment, detergents, and products that give our customers a bigger bang for their buck. We can easily say we have the most knowledgeable techs in our region.
