- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a minimum of $125 for service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we contact the customer and give them information about our company and our cleaning methods, we then tell them about any new customer incentives we are currently having; once we go over that we will set up an appointment with the customer to come out and give them a free estimate and once on site, if the customer agrees on the price we will go to work for them that day, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees at Quality Carpet Care are Von Schrader Certified Professional Cleaners, certified in all phases of carpet/floor/upholstery cleaning and system maintenance. We are wool and oriental carpet/fabric trained and certified as well.
