Ron did a phenomenal and professional job in setting up my network in my practice. He made revisions which enhanced our overall operation workflows with older equipment that mg office was using. He made a number of upgrades without having to break the bank, utilized every equipment to support and facilitate our processes. He fixed two laptops which always had connectivity issues, updated software and rebuilt a computer in a short timeframe. His expertise is incredible, he works diligently and has outstanding proficiency. He offers great workarounds and recommendations suitable for our environment and is available 24/7. Ron initially set up my office 10 years ago and every IT personnel I've hired has not met our needs or fixed our connectivity issue. Ron comes in, immediately troubleshooter the problem and fixed it right away. He is highly recommended and great business partner.

Fantastic and thorough job of cleaning up and setting up security for my computer remotely. He listened and patiently answered any questions I had. Well versed in PC and Mac applications and home and business needs along with other communications systems, such as phone systems. What I liked about him was that he took the time to explain and educated me during the process, unlike some other technology support people I've encountered in the past. I would not hesitate on contacting him again and referring him.
