- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All customers will receive a $20 discount when prepaying the first five sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initially provide all customers with my site to book tutoring appointments along with my contact information so I may answer any questions they may have. I also take time to explain to the customers how online tutoring works if they choose to use the online service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Applied Mathematics, and have taught at the middle and high school level for nearly 20 years.
