I've worked with everyone from renters to homeowners two commercial properties - real estate managers.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should ask: Is their carpet cleaner going to take enough time and care to perform a quality service? Will it be safe for their family? How long for carpets to dry? How much is it going to cost? Is the technician going to try to "up-sell" me products or services once they arrive at my home?
