- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I have a new customer we discuss some expectations on the phone first, then continue the consultation at the first appointment. It is always beneficial for the new client to bring pictures to make sure we are on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had training by Anthony LaRoche, Freda LaRoche, Tony and Guy, Redken, Bioelements, Repecage, Phi Brows, and Vidal Sassoon to name a few.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in this business as an assistant to the best in Jacksonville, Anthony LaRoche, my father. My mother also is very accomplished in this business and was a trainer for Redken as well. So it is in my blood.
