FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by taking measurements with our state of the art laser devices. Accurate measurements are imperative because our product is designed to cover all areas, edge to edge. After that we begin to work with the client on their image or material selection. Every client is different so our approach is always different. Some people know exactly what they want and need little interaction in this area. Others start with a blank slate. We encourage them to visit some of the online stock image websites to gain inspiration. Typically you can insert anything into their search engine and it will bring up something. Once the image is decided on and the glass is manufactured, we schedule and appointment for install. This part usually takes one day to complete. Especially if demolition is not required and it usually isn't. That's it.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in construction all my life an my mind is just naturally geared toward always trying to improve on current methods. I got the idea for our feature product, GlassTub, while laying in bed one evening. I spent a year in research and development and we are proud to bring it to the market.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The best thing to get a jump start on is the image. Ask yourself what it is you would most like to see around your bathtub or shower area. Getting the image decided on has the potential to prolong the job so the earlier you begin to think about it the better.
