We are priced according to square footage of the home. We offer flat rates to make pricing affordable with no gimmicks or hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in simple and to the point... Over time we have studied our current and past customers. We quickly discovered they have different lifestyles, various budgets, and amount of "cleaning needed". It has allowed us to perfect our craft and give people what they want.... which is universally amazing customer service, quality, value, and impressive results. We have figured out how to bundle it all into one., or in our case three. That being said we offer various options to suit your needs. Getting set up is as easy as 1,2,3... Step 1 - Choose a plan Step 2- Make an appointment Step 3- Receive awesome service. Step 4 - Repeat step 3 again and again (x infinity)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The idea for Phoenix Deluxe Cleaning started in 2017 when Ashley Hodges (founder) was pregnant with her daughter Phoenix. Like many women who are in the nesting stage of pregnancy, she became anxious about her home being prepared for the baby's arrival. A few family members performed a deep cleaning of her home so well, the idea of a cleaning service emerged. Phoenix Deluxe Cleaning strives to provide a product that goes above and beyond expectations, while providing you with the quality and superior service you deserve.
