- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fair and competitive and match the excellent quality of work. If the client decides to do prep work (removing light switch/outlet face plates, moving furniture, etc.) or supplying materials, that can help in discounting cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever we get a new client, we would prefer to see the project in person, meet the client, and verify the amount of labor/prep before we begin (i.e. holes that need patching, walls or baseboards that need pre-cleaning, etc.).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We began a little over 10 years ago painting as subcontractors and decided to go into business for ourselves.
