- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Straight forward pricing. Anything that need to be repaired or replaced this needs to be face to face. The phone or web is a bad way of giving an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Work and pay in first contact. After that I can bill. All this depends on the customer, the whole plan is to have a good working relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years experience in the field. Has with everything one learns different things has your experience increases.
