- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If a customer hires me twice, a 25% discount is available for the next available shoot. If a customer refers my services to a friend who hires me, that customer will receive 50% on their next available shoot. Multiple referrals are okay however no more than one consecutive discounts can be used for a hired gig by me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the customer, listen to what needs they demand, provide creative advice if needed.
