FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will never be "oh I'll do it for $100". It will be done with complete fairness to both my client and my family. I believe in transparency and fairness in all things in life. I will do everything in my power to insure to my clients that the job is done on time and on budget as close as possible. I try very hard to ensure there are no surprises. However they do happen and can affect pricing with slight adjustment. The client will always know what the issue is, the severity of the obstical, and the cost to get around it. Backed with an official plan to move forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first meeting is a free in home consultation, if that meeting goes well we can arrange a design consultation and presentation. After that I like to work out a budget plan and scheduling. From there we move into our work schedule. Once finished we move into the Warranty and Home Services plan. Home services is a great way to maintain your project and or reserve maintenance services after the project is completed. I do not like to rush things and would prefer to have the time flexibility with my clients. Good picture perfect jobs don't happen over night.
