- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount to all active and retired military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask that a 6'x6' area is available around the fireplace so that our technician has enough room to safely service your chimney system. We also ask the customer to avoid using the fireplace a minimum of 48 hours before service to ensure the safety of our crew and equipment, other than that we do the rest!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education and training is the key to our industry to ensure the safety of our customer and technicians. All teammates are certified by the Chimney Safety Institute of America and a minimum of 100 training hours per year must be maintained to be employed with our company (CSIA minimum is 12 hours). Our job is to protect and inform our customers about the most dangerous component in your home.
