What did I loose from working at Body20? Absolutely nothing! What have I gained? EVERYTHING! I am grateful for everyday being able to go to work where I am allowed to use my knowledge and expertise to help others achieve their fitness and life goals. The workouts are more difficult than you watch on the videos. Weekly progress is insane (including a diet for whatever your goal is). I have been doing this for 2 months already and I see and feel the progress in each workout and when I play soccer. With the free trial, you will get hooked up. Definitely if you are reading this, give it a try!

This is unlike any workout I’ve ever experienced, so naturally I didn’t know what to expect. The InBody reading was amazing, and I now know things about my body that I had no idea...fat, muscle, that kind of thing. The workout itself is only 20 min, and is always one on one with the trainer, and I love all of that!!! I’m officially hooked, and am already seeing results within 2 weeks! I highly recommend Body20, it really is suitable for all fitness levels. Elle is extremely knowledgeable and is an awesome trainer, I was very impressed.
