I strive to get you the results you are looking for. I offer a free Assessment to see where you are physically so I can set up personal programs for your body.
I'm new to the area from New York City and for now I come to you or can meet at your favorite park to workout.
I also offer hour and half hour sessions from once a week to four times a week.
