Sal was great! He was on time for the estimate and the work, did really good work, and was communicative throughout. He was pleasant, flexible with scheduling, and cleaned up after himself. The price was better than expected. I've already given his contact information to two of my friends. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service, reliability and good repair work!

Can't THANK enough to Sal Martin and Risa Home Improvements!!! Here is why... 1) Professionalism & Behavior - Highly professional & can do attitude...Trying to sell my house while living remote...Found this great company and great leader Sal on Thumbtack...Never met personally to Sal....I got few other bids and spoke to everyone...No one impressed me any more than Sal...the very first time I spoke with Sal....Very polite, extremely skilled and on top of all - absolutely a pleasure to work with even if remotely on the phone! Talk to him once and you will tune into this song! 2) Schedule - I am a project manager by occupation and so value schedule. Sal promised to get everything done by March 1st and he did it today as promised and so I am here on the same day to provide feedback... 3) Scope - I added additional items here and there and he didn't charge me for those. Very high appreciated.... 4) Budget - Every dollar counts when you are trying to manage 2 mortgages...He gave me a best deal ever! If Sal is interested in your project and sends you a bid, you shouldn't give it a second thought. I have worked with a lot of people but haven't been impressed anymore than Sal Martin and his company! Way to go Sal! Many thanks for everything you do!

Val and Sal changed out a ceiling fan and wired and hung some pendant lights. They were extremely professional. They arrived on time. They knew what they were doing, and were able to wired the pendant lights without tearing up the ceiling. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend!
