- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our service fee is always $75. If repairs will exceed this amount, we provide an estimate and deduct the service fee from the job total.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We are careful to get all possible contact information from our customers to minimize communication issues. We listen to the issues they are having, and then go out to assess the problem and see what repairs have to be made. When possible, we give them an estimate up front so they are clear on costs ahead of time. Our customers really matter to us, and we treat them the way we would expect to be treated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have two master plumbers on staff, two senior technicians with over 15 years experience, two junior technicians and two dedicated helpers. We have a full office staff and accept texts and emails after hours to help our customers keep in touch and get service more quickly.
