- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We Do Not use a standard pricing system as we haven't found two identical houses with the same degree of cleaning yet. We try toset a price on size, distance, and things that need to cleaned but reserve the right to raise or lower price depending
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, I visit with the customer over the phone a couple times and then usually meet with them for the first time at the location where the cleaning is to be done. I would like a list of the requested items/areas to be cleaned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20+ years cleaning experience with various companies such as 4 & 1/2 years with K & S Carpet cleaning, 2+ years w/Maid to Perfection, 3 years w/Arrow...etc... My co-workers have similar experience.
