- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge by the hour, that ways it’s fair to the customer and myself. Certain services are charged by the job depending on how frequently they want a service done, what the circumstances are before I start the job, the size of the job, and the location of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to do a meet and greet so the customer and I can get aquatinted and comfortable with each other, also to get a better scope of the project through the customers eyes.
