- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, when being contacted by a customer I like to have some sort of phone consultation to figure out exactly what we’re looking for. Then we can go from there about pricing, location, etc. My main goal is to make sure the customer feels their needs are being met and they’re completely comfortable/satisfied.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My favorite projects are ones where I can just fade into the background & really capture the natural vibe/feel of the people & environment.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
1. What type of photos am I looking for? 2. Location? 3. If outdoors, what time of day? 4. What they really want the photos to say, make them feel, and the moments they really want captured
