- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every photo-shoot is unique and so is every budget! I will work with clients based on their individual needs and expectations, so each shoot is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step with a new customer is determining their needs. What style are they looking for? How many pictures? What is their budget? How would they like to receive their photos? I work with a client closely to customize their photo-shoot. This ensures that everyone walks away happy and with their ideal pictures!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and have worked for organizations including but not limited to: the Toledo Blade, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the News Tribune, the Missouri chapter NAACP, and several political campaigns.
