I have used Ralph on numerous occasions, he has fixed my older air conditioning unit on my building that I purchased with the proper diagnosis previous a/c repairman said I need to replace some expensive valve, clean A coil and maybe recharge when all that was actual problem was txv valve was undone from line not giving correct reading. He also has repaired a couple refrigerators and heaters that I have have in rental properties. I have found Ralph to be very qualified and experienced along with dependable when I needed him, which is very important

Due to an electrical malfunction, our stove and refrigerator quit working. I had noticed Ralph's advertisement about repair service, so I called him. He came and diagnosed the problem and repaired our stove and refrigerator. Ralph is professional and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone I know.

35 dollar service call if within 25 miles of Jefferson Texas I will diagnose your problem, and explain repair options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For me every job and every customer is uniquely different. When a customer contacts me I explain cost of diagnosing problem. After Diagnosis i discuss repair options or replacement cost factors so customer can make a informed decision on whether to repair or replace and how they would like to proceed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC license, boiler license, hydronics license. EPA certified. ASE certified and many business certifications for organization and management. Studied boiler construction, maintenance, and repair. Have done home inspections, and commercial life safety inspections. Completed all college credit hours for continued education for all above mentioned fields.
