- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price givin is always our top of the line gear. This package has a value of over $10,000 with premium audio equipment, lights and fog machines. But we have many options available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is an interaction usually through e-mail. Then a follow up conversation either in person or over the phone. if it's a wedding a questionnaire is givin to the client and a contract for services. We then touch base with the client with in a week or two of the event to see if anything has changed from our earlier conversations and then it's party time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 35+ years of combined experience in live sound and DJ.
