Introduction: All around handyman. Expert in building envelope leak diagnostics. Complete investigations on all buildings commercial and residential. Specializing in low slope "flat" gravel surfaced built up roofs and all single ply roof membrane types. LEAK INVESTIGATIONS ARE CHALLENGING. The vast array of building materials and diverse architecture requires each building to be approached considering all variables and components. I hear the same thing over and over "that leak has been there since the day the building was built. We have had everyone try to repair. Flat roofs are just gonna leak". Let me prove to you as I have with hundreds of others that flat roifs do not have to leak.

The entire process was painless, Darrell and his crew were considerate of my family and my neighbors. They took extra care with thier equipment so as not to disturb my window boxes, flower beds, or rose bushes. My leak was repaired and a fantastic looking new roof installed and gutters were installed in no time at all. My house is the star of my block now!

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Develope a written specification or scope of work. Bids will not be equal if each contractor is allowed to make the decisions on materials and details. I can do this for you to make sure bidding is fair

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is there a clear and precise scope of work? Will the bids actually be for the same work from contractor to contractor.
